Kendall Meyertons

As the daughter of small business owners, Kendall is motivated to run a company of her own. Managing multimillion-dollar projects as a chemical engineer at ExxonMobil and leading sales at a non-profit were hands-on experiences in which she injected energy, implemented organization, and took personal care to unify large teams to achieve goals. Meanwhile, she watched family members struggle to pass on their businesses to their successors.

She decided to make it her mission to bring her passion and dedication to partner with a company owner with whom she was an excellent fit to transition the business, honor their hard work and carry on their legacy. After getting her master's in business from Chicago Booth, she founded Blanco Growth Partners with a team of investors who ran businesses themselves as CEOs and board members.
